Acquisition Liaison Consulting

Real Estate & Business Consulting - Bahrain, GCC

The challenge

A cross-border consultancy serving clients in four language communities needed one site that could build trust in all of them and capture qualified enquiries around the clock, not only during office hours.

What we built

A fully multilingual site in English, Arabic (right-to-left), French and Russian, a live AI assistant that answers first-line questions and qualifies leads 24/7, structured technical SEO with geo and rich metadata, and integrated lead capture with WhatsApp.

Native Arabic RTL across the entire site
AI assistant live in four languages
Same-day response to every enquiry
Leads qualified before they reach the team

"PFcyber built us a site that works properly in all four of the languages our clients speak, including Arabic done right, which most agencies get wrong. The AI assistant answers and qualifies enquiries around the clock, so we look established in every market we serve and nothing slips through after hours."

JPA Consultancy

Automotive Aftersales Consulting - France, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Lebanon

The challenge

A consultant whose entire value is personal credibility - two decades inside Porsche centres, trade press in France and Qatar, television in three countries - had nowhere that carried any of it. Prospects met him by referral and had nothing to check afterwards. The work also crosses three language communities, and a French-only site would have closed off the Gulf half of the market.

What we built

A restrained dark-field site built around the person rather than a service list. English, French and Arabic with a persistent switcher and genuine right-to-left handling, not a translation layer bolted onto a Latin layout. A press and broadcast gallery that puts twenty years of evidence on the page instead of describing it. Structured sections for the record, the programme and the method, so a prospect self-qualifies before making contact. WhatsApp as the primary route, because that is how his market actually reaches people.

Three languages, each written natively
Twenty years of press and broadcast in one place
Arabic opens the Gulf the French site could not reach

Stellar Smile Clinics

Dental Practice - Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon

The challenge

Four specialists working under one roof, with digital equipment most patients have never heard of and no way to explain any of it before someone walked through the door. Dental sites default to stock smiles and clinical language, both of which put off exactly the patients who are already nervous about going.

What we built

A calm, unclinical site that explains digital dentistry in plain language - what a digital impression is, and why it means no mould in your mouth. Real Google reviews placed on the page rather than invented praise. A five-step sterilisation process written out, because the patients who care about it really care. Booking runs through WhatsApp first, for people who would rather message than telephone a clinic.

Warraaq

AI Marketing Content Platform - A PFcyber Product - GCC, Levant & Worldwide

The challenge

Marketing teams across the Arab world work in three languages and lose the native voice the moment they translate. PFcyber built Warraaq to solve that end to end, as its own product.

What we built

A full SaaS web app: brand-DNA analysis from a URL or a few lines, AI copy generation across Arabic, English and French that transcreates rather than translates, an on-image creative composer that places trilingual text with adaptive contrast, subscription plans, and a saved brand library.

Native output in three languages, transcreated not translated
Six ready-to-post pieces from a single brief
Post-ready on-image creative, not just copy
Free-trial onboarding and saved brand profiles

"Marketing across Arabic and English used to mean writing everything twice and still losing the tone in translation. Warraaq writes properly in both from a single brief, and gives me matching visuals ready to post. What took me hours now takes minutes."

Deaibes Funerals

Funeral Services - Hazmieh, Lebanon

The challenge

A Lebanese funeral house in the same family since 1926, run almost entirely on word of mouth, needed a dignified home online - one that could receive families at any hour without ever feeling like a shop.

What we built

A restrained, cinematic single-page site with a full nine-service showcase and a live catering menu, plus a locations and process guide. The enquiry form forwards straight to WhatsApp, writing the family's details into a message and sending nothing until they confirm. Built phone-first for a family that runs everything from a mobile, and as a genuine one-stop, so a grieving family never has to go anywhere else. Tuned for local search across Lebanon.

Dignified, restrained design fitting the subject
Nine services and a catering menu in one place
Families reach them in one WhatsApp message

"A funeral house cannot look like a business, and PFcyber understood that completely. They built us something quiet and dignified that carries our family's name the way it should, and gathered everything we do into one place. Families can now reach us in a single message, at any hour."

Laura Zh. Piano

Music Education & Personal Brand - Bahrain

The challenge

An in-demand piano teacher and performer needed one elegant home online that could take bookings, showcase her performances, and rank for local searches, without ever feeling corporate.

What we built

A warm, editorial personal-brand site with an integrated booking and enquiry flow, Instagram reels and a performance gallery, genuine student and parent reviews, and local SEO tuned to her market.

Sisters Chabrouh

Boutique Hospitality - Faraya, Mount Lebanon

The challenge

Thirteen studios and apartments run the way most small properties are run: a WhatsApp thread for enquiries, a diary for dates, and the owners’ memory for everything else. Double bookings were a live risk rather than a hypothetical one. Every confirmation was typed by hand. The concierge learned a room needed preparing when somebody remembered to tell him. And at the end of a season nobody could answer the simplest question a business owner has - what did we actually earn?

What we built

A public trilingual site where each unit has a name rather than a number, and behind it a reservation desk built for the two sisters who run the place. Every stay sits in one board with four states, so an overlapping date is something the system refuses rather than something a person has to catch. When a booking is settled, the guest’s WhatsApp confirmation and the concierge’s cleaning memo are composed from the same record, unretyped. Revenue reads by month and by year, so the season can be read while it is still running. It installs to the home screen and runs in English, French and Arabic. Guest numbers are normalised before storage, so one person written three ways stays one guest.

Overlapping dates refused by the system, not caught by a person

Revenue readable during the season, not after it

Falafel Al Mallah

Food & Beverage - Mazraat Yachoua, Metn, Lebanon

The challenge

A falafel counter that has run on word of mouth since 1989 and has never advertised. The brief was not to change that. It was to make the place findable by anyone who had heard the name, without turning something local and unhurried into a delivery-app listing.

What we built

A single fast page built for a phone held one-handed. Fried or grilled, shaped to order - the menu reads the way the counter works. An order builder that composes the message and hands it to WhatsApp, sending nothing until the customer confirms. Hours, a map pin, and a plain statement of how it works: collection only, no delivery, made after you order, give us a few minutes. Local search tuned to the Metn.

Findable by name without becoming a delivery listing
One message places an order
Honest about collection-only rather than burying it
Thirty-six years of reputation given an address
